What number should you call for a maintenance enquiry?
The number to call depends on what time of day your emergency happens.
Call 824870 during office hours otherwise leave an answer message if its not critical, otherwise for a plumbing emergency call: 07911 718914 (William Jones) or an electrician call: 07911 723331 (JMS Electrical)
Please remember you should only call us out of hours if it is an emergency and cannot wait until the next working day.
What does the AHA consider an emergency?
An emergency is considered as:
Fire
Flood
Unsecure premises
You may be charged if your call does not relate to one of these situations.
We urge you to carefully consider whether the situation is an emergency or if it can wait until the next working day. If it occurs on a Friday or over the weekend and can wait until Monday, it is advisable to call the AHA office during our working hours.
