Victoria Slade
Victoria Slade joined Guernsey Housing Association in October 2022, Previously the Chief Executive of Cynon Taf Community Housing Group since June 2019, managing 1,850 properties. Vic brings extensive knowledge in providing social housing and is very focussed on delivering quality services to residents, having spent the previous eight years at Merthyr Valley Homes as Director of Housing, then Director of Operations.
As chief executive of Guernsey Housing Association and oversight of the Alderney Housing Association she is responsible for managing business performance, delivering on the AHA’s business plan and maintaining a close working relationship with The States of Alderney.

Donald Hughes
Donald is a retired chartered surveyor having worked as a residential valuer in the UK for 8 years followed by 21 years in Hong Kong, dealing with land administration, planning, valuing and development.
This included 9 years project managing the development of 10 social housing schemes (8920 flats ) and 3 open market projects (3146 flats).
Resident in Alderney since 2005 and a Director of the AHA since inception in 2010.
Sarah Kelly
Sarah is the Director of Licensing and General Counsel for the Alderney Gambling Control Commission. Having qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 1997, She moved to Alderney in 1999 to fulfil the role of Clerk of the Court of Alderney. This included being Company Registrar, Land Registrar and Registrar of Births Deaths and Marriages.
Having qualified as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey, in 2003 Sarah was appointed as Greffier of Alderney which encompassed the above role with being the Clerk to the States of Alderney (the Parliament).
Sarah helped set up the Women’s Rugby team and was team captain for a number of years. Having retired from playing, Sarah is still the President of Alderney Rugby Club. She also sits on the board of the Alderney Wildlife Trust.
Pamela Dixon
Pamela is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary who specialised in Business Insolvencies and Management Development. After holding senior positions with two of the international accountancy firms she became a freelance management consultant working with Boards of directors and individual Directors, focusing on organisational and individual performance improvement.
In her client work she combines her business and management development experience with a particular interest in the leadership role of top teams and their individual members. She has worked for many years with clients within the Housing Association sector in the UK and thus brings understanding of these not for profit businesses, their culture and the current challenges facing these type of organisations
John Dunford
John is a Chartered Accountant who worked for Price Waterhouse for 30 years. In 1993 he established and ran the Guernsey office of Price Waterhouse which subsequently became PwC in 1998.
In 2008 John joined the Guernsey Financial Services Commission and set up the Authorisations Division.
He is the Finance Director and Deputy CEO of the Guernsey Housing Association which he joined in 2018. He is responsible for the financial oversight of the Alderney Housing Association.
