AHA Resident Satisfaction Survey 2024

The survey was carried out in July 2024 with a 60% overall response rate (33 out of 55 returned)

AHA Open Morning

The Alderney Housing Association (AHA) were pleased to hold an open morning on Wednesday 14th September between 9.30 and 12.30, for the community to attend and find out about AHA’s work. During the morning two volunteer Board Directors and Manager were able to answer queries from 11 people who attended, including tenants and a number of States Members. Four members of the public came to find out more about the work of the housing association.

AHA Residents Satisfaction Survey

We sent out a paper and on-line satisfaction survey at the end of December 2020. 19 out of 55 returned (35%), 11 paper ones, and 8 electronically. The feedback and results were generally very positive and we attach the statistics from the questionnaire.

There was a £50 incentive prize and our Chairman, Donald Hughes, kindly selected the random winner who was delighted to receive the prize.
